From the front yard you can take in Mount Fernie (2195m), Mount Proctor (2391m), The Three Sisters (2788m), Castle Mountain, Mount Hosmer with its infamous Ghostrider image, and of course the Lizard range, home of Island Lake Lodge and the Fernie Alpine Resort and its highest point, Polar Peak (2100m)
