  • Outdoor Day Kennel for Dogs (not heated)
    We understand the value of bringing you family dog on a vacation to a place like Fernie. We own a Malamute and and until recently a miniature Schnauzer. However, we do have fir and maple flooring in every room in the house and if your dog is skitish, likes to run in the house or has a tendency to scratch, you may want to consider leaving your dog behind.
  • Close walking proximity to everything, except the hill, which is only 7km up Hwy 3. You can get there by driving, catching the shuttle bus just 2 blocks away or you can walk to the the otherside of the west bridge and join the que hitching rides to the hill
  • Everthing else is two blocks away, including;
    Fernie Aquatic Centre (lap pool, diving boards, rope swings, kids pool, water slide, giant hottub)
    Historic downtown Fernie (shopping, restaurants, bars)
    Fernie Museum
    The Vogue Theatre (latest movie releases)
    Skateboard Park (okay its 4 blocks away)
    Elk River
    Coal Creek
    Dogwood Park
