Payment Policy

Deposit:
50% of total amount is due at time of booking to hold reservation

Payment:
Full balance of Total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation requested less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation:
We must be notified by phone or email of a cancellation. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival 1 day Booking Amount
- 15-30 days prior to arrival 50% of Booking
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival Full amount of booking

Damage Waiver:
A Damage Waiver must be signed complete with Visa number upon arrival.

Non Smoking Policy: There is no smoking inside the house. We have, however, provided a seated area on the outside back deck. We ask all guests to respect our non-smoking policy in our house during your stay.
