Doc Bonnell's on Riverbank

At the top of the main stairs is a small lounge area, perfect for reading a book, checking out some maps or or just hanging out with the kids.

Since we purchased the house, the upstairs lounge was certainly no lounge. It was dark, with a dirty green paint that made everything look lifeless. It was a lost corner which we never really used.

Now, the morning sun, beams through the piano window, lighting up the amber in the refinished maple floor and illumninating the entire room. Is that poetic or what? But really, it is beautiful in the morning. You will see if you spend some time at the Doctor's House.
